GUIDELINES FOR GRANTS

Requests should be ONE page and provide the following information:
*how many students will benefit
*the goal
*what measurement will be used to determine the success
Each recipient must provide a final report on the project.

Additional supporting documents may be submitted along with the one page request.
Collaborations are encouraged.

The Foundation's focus is on math and science.

Teacher/Administrator's name, school, and grade should go on the back of the one page request to ensure anonymity.

Grants should be delivered to the Central Office in a manila envelope with all information contained within. One grant per envelope. Send to the attention of Cheryl Harris.

Grant requests are due April 30th.
