I have been teaching since October’ 71. My first assignment was in Williamson County as a Roving Librarian for six different rural schools from ‘71-’80. I taught in Putnam County from 1980-1982. While there, I was an Adjunct Instructor for TTU, in Library Science. We moved to Murfreesboro in 1982 and I was hired as an EA for Bellwood and MNE's libraries. I was hired at Reeves-Rogers in 1984 when Mrs. Thackston retired. I moved to JPE this year, when Murfreesboro City opened our campus. I have a BS in Elementary Education from MTSU, with endorsements in Early Childhood, and a MLS Degree from George Peabody University at Vanderbilt. I've been married 37 years, have 3 children and spouses, and 6 grandchildren.
