Captain TCAP has been around our school since our first year. We had no idea that a man of such heroism had chosen us as his own pet project. He has made it a point to visit our school every year during TCAP testing to get our kids excited about doing their best on the test. It is a good thing that he arrived when he did because it didn’t take long before villains began trying to distract our students from doing their best.
