Public Records Requests

Murfreesboro City Schools is committed to transparency and ensuring that the public has access to information. In accordance with state law, we provide access to public records in a timely and efficient manner. Public records include any documented information related to the operations, decisions, and actions of the district. Please see the Public Records Policy below for more information.

To submit a request, please complete our Public Records Request Form or by contacting the Public Records Request Coordinator at 615-225-9387 or lauren.bush@cityschools.net.

Please be as specific as possible to help us locate the information you need. Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within the legally required timeframe. Please note that some records may be exempt from disclosure or are considered confidential under state or federal law, and in such cases, we will provide an explanation.
