As the need for mental health services has increased over the years, Murfreesboro City Schools has partnered with Centerstone, STARS and Volunteer Behavioral Health to provide school-based mental health services. Also, the district employs Mental Wellness Counselors that provide school-based therapy to ensure that all schools have mental health services.
