Hispanic Heritage Day

Murfreesboro City Schools, Discovery Center at Murfree Springs and The Nissan Foundation is proud to present Hispanic Heritage Day.

Join us as we celebrate Hispanic culture through music, food, dance and art.  This fun-filled day begins at 10 a.m. and includes artwork from students at Bradley Academy, Hobgood Elementary and Mitchell Neilson Elementary and performances by Bradley Academy and others including the band “Serenate” from 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Enjoy native flavors from the Blue Agave plus authentic potluck dishes.

Join the movement and learn to Salsa dance or Zumba beginning at 10:15 a.m. and running through 2:00 p.m.

Kids will be entertained by CoCo the Clown.
