Social Emotional Behavior Support

Murfreesboro City Schools subscribes to the “Whole Child” approach in our mission to assure academic and personal success for each child. Each school has a team of school counselors, mental health counselors, social workers, behavior coaches and calm coaches working together to meet the social emotional behavioral needs of students and remove any barriers to learning. If you have a concern about your child’s social emotional or behavioral needs, please contact your child’s school counselor. You may contact Amanda Adams, Coordinator of Behavior Support at Amanda.Adams@cityschools.net for any other questions or concerns.
